Horizon's newly launched 400 kW fuel cell stack delivers a system-rated power efficiency of up to 54%, enabling a 20% reduction in hydrogen consumption for heavy-duty trucks. This high-efficiency system ensures sufficient power for the sustainable and cost-effective operation of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty vehicles.

A 49-ton heavy-duty truck equipped with 40 kg of hydrogen can achieve a pure hydrogen driving range of over 350 kilometers. Based on an annual travel distance of 100,000 kilometers by a 49-ton heavy-duty truck, and a conventional CO₂ emission rate of 1.2 kg per kilometer, switching to this technology can reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 120 tons per year per truck.
