Fuel cell forklifts combine the advantages of both fuel-powered and battery-powered forklifts. They offer five major performance benefits: fast hydrogen refueling, low-temperature tolerance, stable operation, high power density, and long service life. These features provide fuel cell forklifts with significant market potential and strong application prospects, positioning them as a promising development trend for forklift power systems.

Horizon has successfully launched two hydrogen fuel cell forklifts with different power ratings:

2.5kW–3 kW (air-cooled) and 5kW–15 kW (liquid-cooled). Custom development is also available to meet specific customer requirements.

These products are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, high-performing, safe, and easy to operate. Equipped with various hydrogen storage systems, they can be refueled in just 2–3 minutes and operate continuously for 6–8 hours. The entire system features high modular integration, and the fuel cell stack has a design life of up to 10,000 hours.
